Origin of BHZK
Bwasa Haiti Zantray Kresan

Balanced Objects

Bwasa Haiti Zantray Kresan (BHZK) was founded as a vision-driven Haitian initiative rooted in community solidarity, agricultural heritage, and sustainable development. Its origin is deeply connected to the desire to unite local forces—farmers, entrepreneurs, and cultural actors—around a common goal: building a resilient and self-sufficient Haiti.

Born from the need to structure agricultural production, encourage industrial transformation, promote reforestation, and preserve cultural identity, BHZK positions itself as a catalyst for inclusive economic growth. The organization draws strength from traditional knowledge while integrating modern, sustainable practices to create long-term value for both rural and urban communities.

Through its projects and partnerships, BHZK embodies a commitment to national development, environmental responsibility, and the empowerment of present and future generations.

🐓 The Man Who Listened to Destiny

The years passed.
The legacy slept.
But it never died.

In 2016, in Delmas 43, a man heard the call.

Frantz PIERRE, agronomist, only son of the last daughter of Henry Christopher LAPIERRE, did not seek glory.
He sought truth.

He took Rhum Nèg in his hands as one takes a wounded child,
and gave it a new name:
Rhum Boiscadur.

His words were simple, firm, and just:
“To drink with hardness—that is, like a man.”

His message was universal:
The flavor of the world.

But destiny, that old poet, was not finished.

🌍 BEL-KÒK – The New Baptism of Love

From struggle was born the symbol.
From the symbol was born the rooster.
The one who watches before dawn,
the one who announces a new day.

Frantz created the Rhum King of Roosters,
bearer of five battles.

Then came four campaigns.

Five plus four equals nine.

Nine, like a birth.
Nine, like a baptism.
Nine, like a love that begins again.

And thus BEL-KÒK was born.

BEL-KÒK
The value of the Caribbean in the world.

BEL-KÒK is not a rum.
It is a love letter to Haiti,
written in 1894,
signed by a priest who became a father,
carried by a daughter who became a guardian,
and offered today to the world by BHZK.
